You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. Participation in certain program tracks is by application and subject to acceptance.
All partners must complete identity verification (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) screening before any capital is deployed. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Services include commerce-based program tracks. Fees, markups, settlement timing, and other commercial terms for each track are described on the Pricing and Services pages and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Where a track involves capital participation, returns are based on tracked historical performance and are not guaranteed. The Company does not offer, and you should not interpret any content as, a fixed, risk-free, or guaranteed financial return. See the Risk Disclosure below.
You agree to the fees applicable to the track(s) you participate in. Fees are itemized and settled as described on the Pricing page — typically from sale proceeds or upon order fulfilment, not as upfront charges, except where expressly stated.
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your participation, and for any third-party payment-network or bank charges outside the Company's control.
You agree not to: misuse the Services; attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts; submit false or fraudulent information; use the Services for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform.
Referring financially vulnerable individuals into capital-based tracks to earn commission is prohibited and may result in termination.
The site, its content, branding, and software are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
